Wiper winter mode repair
my winter mode wasnt working.
the switch tested good.
so i took the little box thing that connects the wiper motor to the transmission.
IT IS WORKING NOW.
But i forgot to mark the orientation...

ok. i got the bosch installed.
i have 14.6 volts.
again had the tough one bench tested.
CONFIRMED THAT THE COATING ON ALTERNATOR WAS CAUSING ISSUES.
we tried grounding several times in several...

I would mostly agree BUT if the coating is non conductive and it gets EVERYWHERE then the ground would be limited.
On the bench test getting it grounded was a HUGE TASK.

They got me the bosch one for free.
But when the tested the other one they had an extremely hard time getting it to test at all.
They couldnt get the ground wire to ground the alternator......

Charging System Help
I just got a new alternator.
I have done the v.4 alternator wiring upgrade.
The old alternator was charging according to advance but had a low output.
The new alternator is showing no output....

wiper issue.
I can not get my wipers to park on the rubber stops.
I have put it in winter mode and measured properly and I even made marks of the measurements with a wax pencil on the windshield.

Extremely good wet and dry.

UPDATED LIST:
EVERY hose, valve and solenoid under the intake including the iris valve
intake gaskets
pcv valve
fuel filter
Throttle Body and IACV cleaned and new gaskets
6 reman injectors...

Where do I mount the hayden/imperial cooler?
Does the flow direction thru the cooler matter?
