snow bashing

anytime foglights!
ground red wire with green stripe
can be easily done by unplugging the relay, attaching wire with line splice, reconnect relay
relay is above fuse box

2. realize blower motor won't come out until glove box is removed
3. remove glove box 99% , all screws out, but have right...

looking for instructions and guidance of how to remove blower motor
already removed 3 screws, tube, and electrical connector
flange keeps hitting metal ? bar ?
