can be easily done by unplugging the relay, attaching wire with line splice, reconnect relay

relay is above fuse box

refer to this link if you want to do it the hard way

be sure to connect a switch to ground for the new wire for convenience of use

your fogs will work as normal with the switch I hope you add in the open position

if you want to just hold the wire to bare metal, as it may be interesting to do this while driving
