You mean how to remove it??
I just pulled it from the lower part and voila!

Remove the coin holder, power mirror, and parking light switches. Look in where the switches are and you'll see a couple screws. Remove them and also look for plastic molded tabs that have metal clips on the end of them. Be careful removing the cover so you don't crack the plastic.
On the left side near the vent will be a small metal clip that you slightly have to lift upwards as you remove the panel.
Remember to disconnect the light by the brake pedal and the winter wipers switch.

There are two screws behind the coil holder and the park light switch. It then pulls toward the steering wheel.
