Mr. Nossida,
Muffler shop charged me $60.00 to replace the resonator with a generic in-line design.

538 km added today to the 450 km on the weekend is about 600 miles of more, trouble-free, driving!
That's about 178,800 km in total (or just over 111,000 miles), and almost 4,500 miles on the rebuild.
(Typical Canuck mixing miles and kilometres... :-)

My 92 with 122k miles on board i had the following items replaced, there shouldn't be a leak seen anywhere:

Six NGK iridium spark plugs
Gates timing belt & PCI timing roller set
Water pump
Subaru upper & lower radiator hoses
Four radiator hose clamps
Subaru thermostat
Subaru thermostat gasket
Subaru WP bypass hoses
One WP bypass hose clamp
Two Subaru intake cam plugs
Two Subaru exhaust cam seals
Subaru front main seal
Subaru oil pump O-ring
Two new flange bolts for the thermostat cover
Subaru valve cover gaskets
Twenty Subaru VC washers
Subaru PS reservoir O-ring
Exhaust ground strap & SS washer
Subaru hi pressure PS hose
Factory brackets for new style PS hose
Vacuum line for fuel pressure regulator

rotated the tires so that they all face the right way again by myself on a hill which was fun changed the oil and found out the my "oil pressure sending unit" is leaking so that needs to be replaced.
