One of the rubber intake boots wasn't properly seated last time it was installed. This may have caused some of my problems since it could have been taking in unmetered air where the rubber was folded over.


Someone wrote "SVX" on my MAF! Probably not the original...

Those valve covers were dirty!

The air intake boots from the air box to the throttle body can be a royal PITA to get back on the throttle body. I cleaned my MAF a few days ago, used Vaseline to grease the connection, nope, a major, major PITA, finally held my manos just right & OMG, slipped right into place, what a crock!!!!!!!! Hate that job
