Finally after alot of cursing and lubing i got the sprocket off after 3 hours. I tapped out the two holes to 8mm x1.25 all the way through. Then i fashioned up a 3/8" piece of steel with two holes in it to help pull the sprocket off. I put the plate on and it took about 2hours and a whole #%*! load of lube to get it to come off. Now I gotta clean everything up and get the new woodruf key in. How do I get it to stay in while i put the sprocket back on. Also should i put some type of epoxy or glue the keep the key in once the sprocket is back on?

It fits in there pretty snug. There is about a 1/16" part that bent from the old key. I can't get picutres because I gotta go to work but I'll have some later. I'm ashamed of myself too now because there's spiders making home in my engine bay.
