My 5spd SVX must be sold..... :(
I won't go into any details but I have spent the past month in the hospital. I now need to sell my baby to pay for the medical bills I have incurred from this event.
It is a 1994 LSI with a 5 spd from a 90 Legacy. It has no Mechanical problems except I haven't been able to get the cruise to work since the swap, (I havent been able to fix that either as of late) The engine is strong and purring, with 98k on it ( I cant remember the exact number I haven't driven it in a while. I have all the papers of stuff the previous owner and myself have done to the car. There are minor blemishes on the outside, Pass. side rear fender has a slight ding in it on the fender well area. Drivers side rear fender has a minor dent in it. there is cracking of the paint on the rear bumper and the front pass bumper. It looks Very Good and the paint on the rest of the car is great, You don't really notice any of the imperfections overall. estimated about 900 to get fixed. The transmission is strong, As you all know I have gone through this car with a fine tooth comb during the swap. The interior is in mint condition, only issue is the radio didn't work and was removed by the previous owner ( the wires were cut) I had an aftermarket in removed it, so what I'm trying to say is it has no radio. I have pics in my locker, I moved the spoiler back, and it has a cone filter in the fender, otherwise a beautiful speciman with a 5 spd. I'll have more pics in my locker with close ups of everything. It's ashame to see you have to sell this. It's a nice looking car. I'm on the East Coast looking for exactly what you have. Is the car on the road and would it make the drive East?

I would finally get to stretch its legs. I would drive the car cross country without a second thought. |

Did you do the mods yourself? I love a lady who can work on her own car! I'm very impressed! It's also nice to see that you take such good cars of them. I'm really sorry to hear about your health issues. I'll pray for ya' that things improve and you won't have to sell your toys.
In the mean time, let me see if I can scrape up the $$. I need to sell my Samurai first. You wouldn't be interested in trading would you?

I should say more about the car
its AC is ICE COLD, tires in good shape, everything works on the inside power windows,seat, locks, etc. no tears or anything on the leather or escaine, sunroof works great, gosh dont know what to say other than the fact it in extremely great shape for being 10yrs old. it has tinted windows, silverstar headlights, when I did the swap I hand cleaned everything underneath and checked for leaks and replaced or tighten all clamps, cleaned out the intake, clean the engine bay with a"fine tooth comb". I lubricated the suspension front and rear, painted all parts after cleaning tehm for the reinstall from the swap, do it right the first time. the floor mats are even in really good shape. I'm rambling now...if you have Q's ask me!!

just to let everyone know I'm not worried about delivery.
it can go almost anyway, from shipped out for around 400 to driven to you and I fly home, yadda yadda. I don't want to have to put it on ebay, I want it to go to somebody who knows these cars and loves the SVX. |
