The month of the next Meet
I want to get started early so our next meet will be a great success, so I need to get some feedback. We have Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years comming up, so I think that after Jan 1 would be logical. I thought I would ask for some feedback for what month we want to do this. We may want to do a mini meet and figure out what months we are going to do the major meets in, and we can do some smaller ones in between. Any comments or ideas? If so, post them.

I was thinking maybe the last part of the month so it isn't too close to the holiday season. Yes, it would be that meet. And yes, it does look strange.

Yes I think towards the end of January would be great for the next big meet. (the Mystery Meat, etc)
As we talked about before, I agree that having 4 big NW events (one for each season) sounds good. That way we don't overkill with too many and we can really focus on making them memorable and getting people to commit and travel to them. For those of us that like to meet more often, we can have smaller meets in between that we don't push as hard.

We could have mystery meat at the mystery meet. Hot dogs or some other unknown stuff would be good. Road Kill stew would be interesting as well.
