08+ 6 speed gearbox

Hey there,

i have opportunity to buy 2011 euro WRX STI tranny. Apart from speed sensor absence, are there any other significant changes, that should one know before possible swap ? In other aspects it is basically same transmission as older models right ?

Also, I read that shift linkage is longer in 08+ model, what does it mean for SVX application ?
