Power steering pump?
Hard to steer at slow speeds and Squealing sound coming out of engine. I figure it is most likely a power steering pump or something. Anyone else have similar problem??

I'd check the tension of your accessory belt, may be too loose. Also, the rubber gasket underneath of the PS fluid reservoir is most likely brittle, replacing that has solved this same issue for many members.

Check the crankshaft pulley to see if the rim is slipping on the rubber, between two parts.

My guess is the o-ring.
