Summer tire decision - go cheap or not?

Looking for a few opinion here. I just called my tire shop about getting a set of tires for my BBS wheels. These would be taken off before winter and be put on a car that only sees around 5000 miles per year, and is never driven hard.

Option 1 are tires from Sunny which is a low cost tire from China. They are $81, each so very budget friendly.

Option 2 is the Hancook Ventus which is at $139 per tire. ($58 more per tire) This is the tire I currently am using on my stock wheels and I have been happy with them.

I am leaning towards the more expensive ones, but still that price on the Sunnys is pretty damn tempting.
