Remote Start Questions

ok so I've got mostly everything figured out. I don't know though whether I'm supposed to with the system having a remote start if I should connect the ignition wire from the heavy gauge harness for remote start to the stock ignition slot or not??? if that one goes directly to the ignition harness then what connects to the slot for the stock system? or do I leave it??

The next question I have is with the remote start button/turbo timer it says you connect the wire from one of the harnesses to it as well as connect a ground, now I know where to connect the wire to the harness, but where do I connect the ground???

Also does anyone know the voltage on the stock LED?? on the viper system how do you hook up the stock led and the button so it works still??
