Oil caps?
Do all subaru's use the same size oil cap? Or is there a model that shares the same size cap as the SVX? I'm thinking about getting a nice chrome billet cap for the engine but seeing as they don't sell one for the SVX I'm wondering if i can buy one for another model that will work on the SVX. Anyone know? Thanks

Are you talking about that 710 part???
 Actually I bought a billet aluminum silver one off ebay for mine. They had other colors also. I haven't looked lately, but I bet still available.Lee

Not sure what you mean by 710 part. I was actually looking at ebay, but specifically i just wanted one with an autobot symbol on it lol. To go with my new autobot hood emblem. Can you give me a link or something to that 710 one that fit the SVX? Maybe I could take an emblem, and put it on that one.

I bought a matching Prodrive cap and battery tie down marketed for the WRX/Sti and it works/fits/looks great!

lol....710, OIL....I dont' know why i didn't get that lol. What can I say, i haven't had any coffee yet.
Soooo, at any rate, does anyone know if the other suby models share the same cap size as the SVX?

it actually looks kind of neat ~ i didn't want to say anything...i guess i remembered a thread that was here on the network of a woman going to a shop and telling them she's missing the 710 cap.

Holy ****! Those Prodrive caps on ebay run $50-$65!!
 Guess I've never priced oil caps before... So I'm guessing the $10 billet aluminum variety are not a good bet for your SVX vs. stock? Or are you really just paying 5X as much for the Prodrive branding?

Personally, the Subaru Justy's got the best one, It says Subaru on it. It fits the SVX. There all the same. Can't find pictures any where tho.

I haven't verified this information, but I was told all Subaru oil caps are the same, so if this is the case, you have all these choices.
