Flaying the seats
always wanted to use that word in context...
I'm in talks with two members about getting ahold of their suede/leather L-edition seats, but shipping a seat is gonna cost more than I'd pay for them. Is it possible to just remove the skin from the foam and metal metal and ship it out? will the manual skins be compatible with a power-seat? I see on SVX Motorsports warehouse they sell re-covers, so I was venturing that this the cheap way to go - thoughts?

I know you can remove the skins and ship them np as far as compatibility i dont know but someone else here will know the answer

yes.
And to top it off...you'll probably be the only one with POWER seude seats. If you need help re-covering the seats, mike has done a seat bottom himself, and I have a pretty good dea of what Im doing as well. Also, if for WHATEVER reason it isnt compatable (I know the pattern for the center is diffrent between that particular suede and the leather) I have like...Um...2...3..5..7 front seats you can get parts off of
