94 LSi AWD Black SVX
I posted here a few months ago with a half-heartedly attempt at selling my svx. I've finally decided to let it go. The car is too small internally for my lifestyle and it's getting too old. I love this car and the cool factor has always been there but my needs out-weight my wants.
The car has a recently (6 months ago) serviced transmission/differential which works great. The engine pulls strong and doesn't knock or anything. There are a couple drips of oil everynow and then which my mechanic tells me is from the pan gasket. This is a daily driver for me. I believe the exhaust may have a small leak where the catalytic converter attaches to the back half of the exhaust which seems to have happened after i had the transmission serviced. The interior isn't spotless it has a tiny tear behind the driver side backseat headrest, however most of the leather is in decent condition. Most everything functions fine in the car except the doors don't turn on the overhead lights as of about 2 months ago.. dunno if it was a fuse or bulb or what but i haven't gotten around to it. comes with a 1 year old Alpine CD player and there are alpine speakers and tweeters up front. Brakes are about 8 months old with slotted and drilled rotors. There is a large paint crack on the roof and a ding on the passenger side front fender which is starting to rust. The car pulls slightly to the left and probably could use an alignment. I'm not looking to make out like a bandit here, I'm just trying to locate this to the right home. It needs work but can be fixed up or could be used as a parts car. Your choice. I'm still driving it daily and as of this moment it has 118k miles on it. Thanks, Travis |

the answer to your PM is that no I have not sold the car yet and i'm just trying to get fair market value. I was offered 1800 which seemed pretty low. I did pay $7k 2 years ago and i don't expect to get even half of that but more than 1800.

I don't blame you. You should be able to get more than that.

Unfortuantly not in the market at the moment, but i'll be looking aug/sept. Just out of curiosity, what is that decal on the trunk just below the spoiler?

ok so the offers have been scarce i'll put the price at $2900. Just the wheels, running engine and tranny are worth that And this is a daily driver!

$2600 takes it. Great value considering the engine runs great AC blows cold, Transaxle is perfect, rear differential is good. etc.

What are you looking to get into after you sell this? Maybe you can put that out there in case someone has a trade (if you didn't already buy another car)
