Wow. Great tire, strong rim. I wouldn't want to clean that rim, but the price is nevertheless a screaming deal. I'd buy them if I hadn't just bought my new wheels.

Just Wheels, No Tires

here's where you can score 2005 17x8 WRX wheels for $179 ea. in either color. That's $720 for a set of four...not sure what shipping would be.

If I remember correctly, these should fit perfectly. But don't take my word for it, give 'em a call and make sure.

Thanks 'worm...

always nice to be validated by an expert. Even nicer that I rememberd correctly. Anyone know what those BBS 17x8 WRX wheels weigh? That I don't remember.

Answered My Own Question...

and I'm a bit disappointed. Hope my info is wrong, but the folks at the parts house with the WRX wheels say that the wheels weigh 24lbs! Seems a bit heavy for BBS wheels of that size, or no? And they're out of stock...

24 lbs seems a bit heavy for those wheels. I'd guess that they weigh 18 lbs or less. I'm sure that the info is out on the internet.

I almost had a set of these but got out bid at the last moment on Ebay. But I'm satisfied with my new rims.

Rember the normal inpreza and 2004 STi came with a 5x100 bolt pattern which is not what the SVX has. The only sube wheels we can get are 2005+STi wheels.
