1996 Subaru SVX LSi

Parents wanted me to try to figure out how much they should expect or accept for this car..

1996 Subaru SVX LSi
...everyone knows stand. specs i am sure...

Mods or Upgrades
Koenig 17" rims (looks nice i reckon =P )

Continnental Tires.. about 8-10k on them (sticky)

Airhog panel filter (don't know if this does anything but make it sound a bit better)

Panasonic CD + cassette player (fits perfectly in the spot)

Just had the engine overhauled at 105k not because it was bad but for the sake of getting rid of any bugs w/ it before it starts.

Anything bad

spoiler has some paint spots

a/c is down

ding on the driver door due to some asshole keying it.

sunroof has a cracked path (shuts off completely with no problems in rain or snow)

front two seats have weird poked holes in them for some reason

Info

Don't know full history of the car but has a Salvage Title =(

Had professional work done on it by local body shop for bumper.. looks brand new. no flaws w/ body work.

=D
just trying to value it up. I might actually keep the car if Michael over at ECUTune offers me some performance mods in the very near future. If I can hope to have some professional working mods on this such as s/c or turbo from a fellow SVX owner i'd very gladly keep it.

P.S. dealer offered us 4 grand for it as a trade in which is not bad i think. but we talked and decided since we just spent 2500 bucks on overhaul alone.. we won't take anything that minute for it. it runs and feels like new.

What color is it? What was done for the overhaul? If you post some pics, it would help value it.

It's a dark red.. maroon. I don't know in Subaru term =P . Overhaul was done by a Subaru dealership and they replaced all gaskets and seals etc. Repaired all the quirks that might have developed etc. Sorry no digital cam =(

We just paid 8400. for our 97, 37k on it, 1 owner...so 1/2 of that sounds OK.
