Emissions Failure

My 96 just failed emissions twice for hydrocarbons. I had a bad O2 sensor and replaced it but it still failed the second time. No codes were reported after the sensor was replaced. I also ran a can of BG44K through it but no luck

Any ideas?

Significant Technical Input
Could be anything, need more info.

I used to have a Centennial belt buckle, they gave them to the extras that were in the series "Centennial". Now I can't find it...

What kind of info would you like?

I remember when they filmed "Centennial" here in Colorado. I was plaing in a country rock band at the tiem and we played the cast party at a place called "The Fort" in the foothills. Nice people!
