Reading SVX'ers

Hi everyone, My wife and I made it back home to Michigan about seven PM on Monday night. I,for one, was just blown away by the whole meet. I see another SVX about every six months. So to see 50 in one spot was realy wonderful. But, as has already been said by others, the people at the meat were just great. As for my gastrointestinal problems, they are putting up a shrine to my butt at the Ephrata Hospital. I also can sit down now. So, we have a year to think about the Reading meet just past, and look forward to the Reading meet in 2004. Take care, BOBB and Sue

Good to see to finally made it home!!

Sunday was a long trip for us. We went from the hotel all the way to Doug's place in Milwaukee, WI.

Reading did not take too much out of you then.

Nice to read the glowing posts, you guys all had a nice time.

Looks also like most came without Factor 24.

Here in Ireland we have had a month of sunshine, no rain. Unusual for us, ask Todd, he and Wendy were here last May I think.

I usually get up at 4:30 AM and am at work around 6:15 AM.
At Reading I stayed up late, drinking with the youngsters, so I got up about an hour later.

Yep,

I also would be a stay-up-later on a meet, and I'll drink with any age group that has the stamina.

That's an early day Larry, I assume you finish early to compensate. Traffic here in the greater Dublin area is a nightmare from 7.30 till 10. Absolute gridlock, going nowhere fast. might try your early trick for a day or two, could improve the quality of life.

Hi Nick, It's easy for us world travelers to know the Ephrata hospital is in the city of Ephrata, Pa. But until we got to Pa. I had never heard of Ephrata. We got to the hospital just before the rush, so we were taken right away. Everyone seemed very nice and not stressed out. The ER Doc said he had just gotten over the same thing a couple of days before. Take care BOBB
