We're shipping out two more sets tomorrow (one to the Netherlands!) and we have two members who are "on hold" and one who has not contacted us yet about payment and shipping info.

C'mon, guys, if I get caught up, I'll have to go back to only working 8 or 9 hours a day! Join the "bright lights" crowd!

BTW, I drove my car tonight for the first time since Tom installed mine (5000K) yesterday, and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! The high beams don't add much as far as brightness goes, they just kind of broaden the range/scope of light, but the low beams are unbelievable! I can't wait to try them on a moonless night; tonight was a full moon.

If all goes well I'm hoping I can get a set within the next month I REALLY want a set of these

My birthday is in early October... I asked my wife for a set, and she kind of laughed at me... seeing as I dont even drive the car anymore.

Why must it be so painful to get a car from point A to point B when it only has 1st and 3rd

Yeah, and one requires a vehicle which can tow said trailer, too.

And something tells me the Odyssey wont cut it.

Nope, it looks like the SVX is 80lbs over the maximum towing rating.

To get the drivers side enough room behind the wiring harness, I had to loosen the bolt that holds the two horns and rotate a bit counter clockwise (as you face the motor) to make just a bit more room for the ballast to be able to sit flat.
I had enough self tapping stainless sheet metal screws that six drilled 7/64" holes and a phillips screwdriver were all that were needed (besides a 10mm socket to remove the headlights). I can't wait until dark to try them out and to aim them so that I don't blind anyone.

Great product, great price and great service - Thanks Tom!!!!
On the last two sets that I installed, I took gsdonis's advice and removed the headlight assembly.

I use hemostats (or needle nose plyers) to remove the grill, and a phillips head for the side markers.
As to the side markers, just remove the vertical screw, and then pull the sidemarker strait forward.
Four 10mm bolts hold the headlight assembly.
This makes running the wireing alot easier.
However I still like mounting the ballasts behind the plastic in the inner fenders.I have been using one 6mm bolt with a 10mm head on the passenger side, and the front bolt of the airbag sensor on the drivers side.
And then just drill a small hole for a stainless screw to bolt down the other end.
More later,
Tom

Done!

Took me... just over an hour. 15 minutes one side, 45 minutes the other

I kind of broke em on the 45 min side... So I had to fix them before contiuning the install. But, all is said and done, and I win. So we'll take it. Still not sure why my fogs aren't working...

I had no luck with mounting the ballast how other people have them. There was no existing bolts that were usable at all. I'll get pictures hopefully of my haphazzard mounting style... It's kind of white-trashy (I used ALOT of zipchords), but its very sturdy, and I got at least SOME metal in on both ballasts.

Also tonight I'll get pictures up of the 8000k's at night, since I don't think there are any up yet. I have a camera, but I gotta find the cable to connect it to the computer, and then figure out how to upload files to this site...

Anyway, I don't know how to adjust em, and I'm too damn excited to anyway, so when I post the pics up, don't scream "AIM EM DOWN MORE, YOU JACKA$$!!!" They'll get fixed. Eventually. Until that time, its payback for all those damn Lexus SUV's on the road...

The instructions cracked me up when reading them... I think it said something along the lines of:

"The connectors should make a "Ka-blam!" sound when plugged in fully"

"Take care! High voltage is dangerous! It may cause the hurt by electric shocks"

Basically, all of page 13 is a ruthless verbal assault on the English language.

EDIT: Not for nothin', but my brackets don't look anything like these.
