Order of installation?
Ok, my tires are bald, my rotors are warped to hell, my pads are down to the steel, and my alignment is off so bad riding in my svx you feel like a palsy patient. My new drilled/slotted rotors are in, my new pads are in, but my new tires are not in. I was going to get the allignment when the tires got in, 2 birds with one stone. Should i wait on the pads and rotors until i get the other stuff fixed and do it all in a day? Or should i just stick the new pads/rotors on now?

Are you doing the work yourself, or a shop?
If you're doing it you might as well put the brakes on now. If a shop is doing the work you could wait a couple days for the tires, and be careful in the meantime. You never know when you're going to need to stop in a hurry. Might as well have as many pieces of the braking puzzle working properly as you can manage.

I'd do the brakes now for better safe than sorry purposes. When the tires come in have them installed and get the 4 wheel alignment done and you should be good to go. Heck, Bring it to Reading next weekend and I'll put the brakes on for you. Good luck.

I agree. I would do the brakes and rotors first and then do the tires and alignment when the tires come in.

I'm doing the work myself, it's easy stuff. I just wasn't sure if it would be easier while i have it all apart to do it at once in the shop, because i can't get in my garage right now, and doing rotors and breaks outside on a gravel driveway is a pain.
