94 Pearl White needs water pump and timing belt
94 LSI, Pearl white, grey cloth interior. Rebuilt transmission, New steering rack, new front rotors still in box. Car was repainted 3 years ago. Was running great with no known problems before the timing belt/water pump issue. Asking $1800

Is it AWD?
Does it have ABS? How many miles? Is it an "R" title? Great looking car!

From the photos, it looks like the right-rear wheel has been replaced by a wheel for the left side rather than the right. What is the story with that?
Do the wheel bearings make noise? Is the car just sitting in your garage inoperable right now? Are you sure it's an LSI? I didn't think the LSI model came without leather seats. Also, from the photos I can't tell if it's got a moonroof, which is also an LSI feature.

Ok, that was my bad. I listed the car for my girlfriend and don't know a helluva' lot about SVX's. So, let me try to answer everyones questions. Apparently it is not an LSI because it has cloth seats and is 2WD. It has a clean title and unfortunatey is sitting outside not running. The last time i drove it the wheel bearings were not making any noise. It does have a power moonroof. As for the right rear wheel....I know she got two extra rims when she bought it and replaced a bent one with one of those. I didn't know these rims were directional and am pretty sure she didn't either. Sorry for the confusion

Sounds to me that its an LS without the saftey package. I thought this car was posted before on here... and that it had a repaint. I know ive seen those pics before.

yes, same car. she was originally told the the entire engine was bad to the timing belt going. Thanks to some folks on here it was determined the 3.3 is a non-interference engine and all it needs is the timing belt and water pump. Unfortunately, before she found this out, she went out and bought another car. So, here it is again

If she is serious about selling it, I would just replace the water pump and timing belt (It's not really THAT hard.., I'm sure someone on here would be willing to help for $/beer) cuz it might be easier to sell running.

I'm sure she would be open to getting it fixed if anyone on here is interested in taking it on. Also, if anyone is interested in buying it ,I remembered a few other things : She just spent close to $400 on the A/C (new condensor) and the actual mileage on the car is 140K.

Help. No one has actually looked under the hood. I just found a receipt where the timing belt was replaced in March, 2005. Could it really break 3-1/2 years later? Could it just be the water pump and everyone assumed the timing belt went? When I left work one day, it turned over, made a bit of a noise, and that was it. The guy that towed it said the water pump went. Would it not start because of the water pump? I'm totally confused at this point.
