Momo steering wheel with airbags that work???
I did some searching because I saw a lot of members that had momo's that they didn't have the airbags functioning on them.
I found this on ebay and was wondering if, since it's the same generation if the plugs would be the same and I could get the airbags to work??? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/JDM-S...ht_4051wt_1165 any thoughts???

Its not a matter of just the plugs being the same, but also the voltage that is sent to the airbag unit to deploy it as well as the constant signal that tells the airbag computer that everything is in proper order.
Even then, you still end up with an airbag that was designed for a different car with different dimensions.

I've got an idea, but I don't know if it would work or not. Just get an airbag control unit from the same car. If the sensors are different then get those too. As long as the overall layout is the same with regard to sensor positions, then the only issue would be in whether the airbag controllers communicate with anything in a way that would cause problems.
