Well,
I (along with a couple others) will be rounding up the 07 Dragon Alcyone Meet, so we could always turn it into the 15th Anniversary Meet... GREAT roads in the area....but nothing else...no Subaru Plant, no Indy Speedway...just lots and lots of great scenery....And 318 curves in 11 miles of asphalt…

My wife and I will call some hotels to get some group call in rates.(we work in the business unfortunatly)
Rates will be cheaper in may or september as peak travel season is june jule and august. I will see if rates were to vary depending on when the reservation is set up for. I will get an estimate on rates for late may, july, and late august/early september depending on room availability. From the sign up list I estimate 30 rooms or so will be needed. I vote for a 3 day meet Sat sun and mon so we can tour the plant. I have no ideas on what banquet facilitys would be needed? Will someone contact subaru and see what they may do for us? A group photoshoot at the plant would be cool IMO. I will post the info I research and we can go from there

If the meet date is between June 20 and Aug 20 I'll be busy with my summer job, but if it's anything else I'll do my best to make it out. I may have an SVX by then, maybe not, either way I'd like to be there.

well as much as i hate to say it, remove me, 007 from the list, due to lack of planning and intial date and information reguarding the meet i was forced to assume the worst of it and make other plans. As i will more than likely be outside of the country near all of next summer the meet seems unreasonable. there is a slight chance that i might make it but it looks grim. good luck to all who are going and i hope everyone has a blast!

honestly, i really dont want to but i dont see myself being able to make it, i would need a date and place NOW in order to figure everything out, i fly out right in the middle of june and am gone for about a month in Germany, then i will be back for at most a month then HOPEFULLY its back to Germany and Switzerland for some more schooling...if we get the date and place i will still be in if it works in. but no one is stepping up to set everything!
