My former neighbor is BOO HOO ing all over facebook

I feel her pain over her loss. BUT!! The guy she is cyring about fired a weapon into a car with 4 people in it and they RETURNED fire!
HE died!

The scene played out in Martinsburg W.Va.
As I see it, BOTH the 'victim' and the 'perps' went to a night club with GUNS!!
When I'm going out for a night on the town, I leave the guns at HOME.
I have a hard time feeling sorry for a guy that shoots his gun into a Chrysler with 4 guys in it and gets killed by the 'return fire'!!

I am SOOOOO glad the I chose to drink MY beer HERE!!
I don't have to kill anyone and no one wants to kill me!

I am 'evicting' a lot of people, one of them is a guy that took a baseball bat with a spike drivin through the end to the downtown cumberland mall one evening. Now, THAT is something that might be 'pre-meditated!! A retarded guy ended up dead in a dumpster, the PUKE ended up at my FARM in August!

Because of the caliber of CRIMINALS that I am dealing with, I am ARMED TO THE TEETH! If the yappy little rat dogs go off, I have a fully complimented MAGNUM in hand.
The cops are aware of the wonderful 308.

I talked with a guy that was incarcerated for growing some smoke. He spent time with these pukes. He can't imagine why ANY of them are out of prison!

The inmates are RUNNING the ASYLUM!!
The criminals have WAY more 'rights' than WE do!!

Back to 'topic'. HE chose to take a gun to a nightclub. HE CHOSE to pull that gun out and shoot into a car full of guys. He DIED as a result of a BAD CHOICE!! I see the 'murder conviction in THIS case being a 'self defense' plea. I see it 'working'.
I don't think that he had a 'right' to take a gun to a night club. I don't think that the guys that returned fire had a right to take a gun to a nightclub.
I see a charge of 'Loaded weapon in a vehicle'. Self defense verdict.
