Injectors are supposed to be a pain in the ass to remove, just try not to destroy it too bad. You should also definitely get new upper and lower O-rings for the replacement injector. (These are easier/cheaper to get from Nissan, I've heard - they are the same as the SR20 injector ones, among many others.) Also, depressurize the fuel rail before you do take the injector out...
