Cam seal replacement
Can the cam seals be replaced without removing the motor?

Absolutely, but you do have to remove the timing belt and cam pulleys to do it. Good opportunity to do the crank seal and valve cover gaskets while you're in there.

I'm a pretty good mechanic but was trying to decide how much of a project I was getting into. Good to know this is going to be easier than I was thinking. Thanks for the input. |
