? About Rear Diff
Since I have been unable to find a cheap local diff, I found this one on ebay. Will it wotk, or am I still gonna need to transfer the case?

Looks like to me that that's the entire thing. Bolt that baby up to some axles, the frame, and a drive shaft, and you'd have a party.

They do not show the inside of the rear end housing, but from the different axles it appeares to be a LSD.
And they claim the ratio is 4.44. I can get for you a 4.44 open diff for about $100.00 plus shipping, and you could convert it using your SVX LSD. But it would be easier to get a factory set up. If it fits.

Would the driveshaft input be any different?
Even if I use a normal Outback Diff and swap the LSD carrier, the input shaft would still be the same, right? Any assistance would be grateful, thanks.

Measure the driveshaft flange and hole spacing.
As I remember the only time the flange did not fit was on a 4.11 swap. So I had to remove the flange from the SVX and install it on the 4.11.

the flanges are easy to swap... just mark where they are and count the thread and put the new one back in th same spot
