'thunk' when shifting into reverse - only when cold
Transmission shifts great otherwise, has external cooler and the quick change shift kit. once car is warmed up 2-3 minutes it shifts into reverse without problem. When cold it 'thunks' and it doesn't seem smooth going into reverse. no problems with other gears ever. Trans mount? Or is line pressure bad when cold?
Thanks as always, David |

You've gotta give more time than a couple hours for a response...
It could be the rubber in the mounts showing age, could be a number of things. Can you hear the clunk and where it is coming from or do you just feel it? |

You're right sorry. I think it's a combination of sound and feel. |
