I need a shrink

Every night for the past two weeks I've had nightmares of zombies chasing me, family, and friends. It's always at a different location with different people though.. like last night I was on the back of a truck with some friends going to Phoenix for some reason. When we got there we got attacked, my hand got scraped and I felt like I was dying.. then I woke up. Another time I was reliving a cruise I went on a few years ago, but this time we were being chased around the boat by these human looking zombie things.. wtf?

The other night, it was at my parent's house. We were fighting them off with bats and stuff but one finally caught my dad and I woke up all sad that he was dead. A few nights before that me and my roommates were unsuccessfully barricaded in our house and we all ran into the basement to get away from them. They broke through the door and we started fist-fighting them until I woke up scared ****less.

Anways what the hell does this mean? I'm serious, every single time I sleep it's the same freaky sh!t and I haven't watched any scary movies or anything lately.. and no I don't do any drugs..

Taken from Dream Emporium

FAMILY OF ZOMBIES: zombies symbolize frozen emotions, and feelings that are out of control. A family of zombies represents a group of related fears which are bombarding you right now. From my experience, zombie-themed dreams will always repeat until you get in touch with what's bothering you, no matter how much it hurts or how scared you may be to explore what is so frightening to you...until you do this, these unpleasant and hideous nightmares will continue because it is a cry for help that is important to listen & attend to and you aren't listening or haven't figured out what to do quite yet, so you're being hounded by these mental zombies. It's relentless, but it needs to be...just as a throbbing pain alerts us to a physical injury, our nightmares and recurring themes alert us to emotional or mental issues that need healing before more damage takes place that is even harder to heal, or irreparable.

ZOMBIES coming into your HOUSE : your house symbolizes your entire Self...your body, mind and soul. Your emotions are frozen in hideous fear, and even though you use a BLOWTORCH (which, as fire symbolizes rebirth and resurrection as well) another zombie comes...the grand-daddy of them all, which would symbolize your biggest emotional block of fear, and as you said, it "lunches on your head." Zombies are relentless until they are transformed and, like the legendary Phoenix, find rebirth by fire. Once they are transformed, they are no longer threatening.

While working at my last job I used to have a lot of dreams about coworkers getting killed. I kept a list, with causes of death, on my wall in my office.

Sort of. The last one I shipped, The Punisher, was the most violent thing I worked on but that came after I left the company I just referred to. Since starting my current job more than two years ago, I haven't had a single coworker die in one of my dreams. I might put up a sign at work.

'Days since last fatality' or something.

You think you need a shrink? I took a test that classified what disorders you have. Out of the 10 possible disorders, I have 9 of them. Now isn't that shrink worthy?

Last night I had 3 distinct dreams. One was basicly me helping people go down a 3 story narrow steel rolling stairway with no handrails and VERY little steps. I was up top helping people out of (whatever it was) and onto the stairs to go down. They had lunch trays...One girl rode her lunch tray down the stairs, and the next person I helpd onto the stairs..the whole stairway wobbled then fell over. I felt myself fall and hit the ground...I opened my eyes and i was sleeping in the weirdest, most looking like I fell off something 3 storys tall position. the way my arm was positioned it had gone numb.
So I went back to bed...and had a dream that some magician guy was teleporting me around..and there were theese energy balls that kinda materialized from water...they looked like them 1990's electro spheres that yo could touch and the energy was all like ..Wooeoo to your hand.. Anyhow, the energy balls were like that...and somehow or another a hitchhiker and Americian cheese fit into that too.
The last dream...Damn, it escapes me right now.. But I know it was a dream that I had before..or at least I think i had it before...
Anyway..what were we talking about?

I've been way too tired to dream much lately.

Maybe I could use a little more stress.

I have friends in Phoenix.. I'm in the army reserves though, and our unit is on a stop-loss meaning nobody's allowed to leave the unit because we could be called to go any second. Maybe once that's lifted or we go and come back I'll consider moving out there or somewhere.
