Re: SVX bodykit and front update

Wow, I could almost see Subaru making something that looks like that. Especially the front. Really nice work man. You're my photoshop hero.

Re: SVX bodykit and front update

Ew I hate the new wing but I know they use it in races so I see why you included it.

But the headlights and grille are fine but not what I expected.. I was thinking it'd look like an svx still.

How about the front end have the svx look with the r33 grille and maybe a black hood with a scoop of some sort. Nothing extreeme.

Re: SVX bodykit and front update

Hi! Farang
just wondering did you have to adjust the proportion of the silver R34 GTR bumper to fit to the SVX image? Or it was simply trimming off the grill area?

really looking into this design option for my SVX...looking to buy an original GTR bumper for modification.. thanks!

Hi Brian. I agree....The SVX with bumper from GTR HR34 looks great. I think that proportions of original bumper differ very much. However I would try to make it. I think it is possible to buy the used bumper from GTR or to make the new FG bumper.

Re: SVX bodykit and front update

Aside from the STI grille... that doesn't look as bad as one would think. If you are going to use an STI grille, at least use the 2011 version that is flatter and straighter.

I wonder, if instead of the 997 Turbo fascia, if you used the "angry" look of the new Cayenne, minus the skid-plate lower area... just the three-intake part, under the headlights (or including the headlights... they have gotten kind of sleek ) and above the foglight chin spoiler edge. (if only the Panamera had that front end, minus the lower

The STI hood scoop doesn't look too bad at all. I was wondering if that would look good to cover the exposed supercharger intake on Tom's ShadowMachine, with a grafted-on raised WRX/STI scoop like that.
