new job prospect means bye fer now...

well well well
i have a decision to make........do i leave next week leaving my family behind to make a small fortune?
or stay home and slowly sink into the financial abyss til my summer job re-starts at end of april?

i guess there is little choice......
so on that note, i will be leaving likely by the end of this coming week for the new job....

driving road trains to the arctic circle on the ICE ROADS!!!!

being away will suck...but i CANT turn down this opportunity.......125,000 lbs or more rolling on 3 feet+ of frozen lakes and rivers!!!

this is one of my fantasy jobs ( yes, i'm a sick bugger)
the other two are the 400 ton dump trucks in the alberta oil sands
and road trains across australia.......
hmmmmmmm
my summer job goes april-november each year

heck, i could maybe do the other two in the next 2 years, and have one heck of a resume....AND payoff the house!!!




ps.......to our aussie friends.......anyone have any connections they could share to land a road train job?
