oh ****
when we were taking the transmission off the car it slipped and it hit the floor, it only fell about half a foot to the groud but it didnt land on the axel studs. Should i be worried that the tranny is screwed or hope for the best that nothing happened?

Examine the case, look for cracks or other wounds
If you dont see any, it should be fine. The term 'glass tranny' is figurative |

thats good to hear i didnt think anything happened, it seemed to give abuse than take it when it hit the floor
