Hope it's warm enough at ATCO on Saturday. I'm starting to have my doubts about Sunday at Capitol, as it never got above 40 degrees here today (was around 24 degrees at 8:00 am)

Yeah... they arecallingforlowsof 33 so it iscuttingit close...but it will be late morning early afternoon when we are there... it should ok

Is there anyone who'll be showing up tomorrow?

My car is still leaking atf from the torque converter seal, and I'm not sure if I'll be able to make any runs w/o being black flagged. It also doesn't look like Svxfiles and SVXRide will be able to attend either.

Unless several people plan on going, consider this meet cancelled.

yeah svxfiles talked to me at 9 on saturday. sucks about the car. im back in salisbury and not attending the meet.

yeah there is! seeing as im a tropical person i would be more inclined to attend a meet in the spring anyway. plus, this will give tom k time to repair/replace his motor. i hope its not blown, the news really got me down.

well, what he said to me was "my svx is now a 5 cyl." he wasnt sure if it was blown or it was an electrical problem, but he was leaning towards the former.

The miss started the other day.
When I pull the fuel injector plug off of cylinder #6, on the drivers side, closest to the fire wall, it almost has no effect on how the engine runs.
I swapped out the fuel injector, replaced the coil, and switched that spark plug for another one.

Today I'll look at it again, double check the injector wire, and replace the almost new plug.
Any ideas?

im praying for you tom. your svx was a becon of hope for all underpowered svx drivers

and if you need help with a motor swap i could use a vacation to subaru land for a weekend! the eastern shore is getting to me, must go inland
