Selling as a winter beater/daily driver or project car. Purchased recently from 2nd owner (co-worker that purchased it in 93 with ~20k miles). Car is rough looking, but motor and transmission were serviced regularly and work well. New rear window, decent rainex wiper blades. New rear side window clips. New rotors and pads 3k ago and rear calipers serviced, front exhaust/cats replaced in 2009/2010 and timing belt service done at same time. Radio and speakers work. HVAC blower and heat works, haven't tested rear defroster. Sanded and clear coated headlight lenses. A/S tires are getting old and are approximately half tread. Has under seat storage tray and owners manuals. Has inflated spare tire and factory jack.

Bad/quirks - AC doesn't work. Car sat for 2 years with rear window broke out with plastic and tarp over it (all wiring is good and no water damage as I pulled the seats and carpet to check). Paint is terrible on top sides and wheels, drivers front fender has damage from getting backed into about 10 years ago (have spare fender in red), and missing interior rear shelf trim as seen in photo. Sunroof frame is rusted and I filled a hole with RVT and it doesn't leak. Leather is real rough in rear and average in front. Sun visors are removed due to not staying up. Left rear abs sensor is coding even after cleaned. Drivers seat electrics work, but have worn contacts and recline is hot wired without resistor board so it is a set and forget as motor will wear out if regularly used. Need to press shift lock to move from park.

If someone buys this, there is a full beautiful interior at a pick-n-pull near me. If you can find a claret with decent paint just replace the hood and fenders and you have a decent restoration project on the cheap. On the plus side the rusty parts are either replaceable or difficult to see, aka: rear quarters look good. GLWS

Thanks for the heads up on the local interior. Other than the sunroof frame and the fender damage the body is pretty decent in terms of rust. Yesterday and today were its first it has been outside in rain since my ownership and I'm going to replace the tail light gaskets and seal up the grey panels under the tail lights as they were all leaking. No leaks from rear window or sunroof.

Got the car registered and a plate on it. I have put some miles on the car and I'm going to put new front sway bar links on it and it will be inspected on 8/1. If some one in PA wants a cheap inspected car I'm open to offers. Share with friends. Thanks.

Seen a lot worse for a lot more asking price. New fender, paint hood. And the interior can be redone for $500/ 700 or replaced with a used set. Sun roof would be only concern. For under $3,000 you would have a decent SVX

Put almost 1000 miles on the car since owning it.. Oil is pushing through most seals with typical 225k and with crazy rain the trunk is still leaking from some where after doing the tail lights.... Price drop to $800 obo.. Would like to move it soon to make room before fall.

Is that a stock transmission? At what mileage was it last replaced? How does it drive on the highway? I've been considering selling my daily driver to get out of the monthly payments.

Stock transmission was replaced at ~160k with a ~38k stock unit from a newer year, replaced around early 2000's, PO told me that he had the transmission serviced about every 40k. It drives pretty good on the highway. I have been running at 65 on cruise. I'm going to do the trunk seal this week as some water was coming in around it.

Updated my false/misunderstood text information from PO. Spoke with him at work when he brought me the spare key today and trans was replaced as noted above. If you want to check it out I can meet up on east or west shore... I work up over the hill from the farm show complex.
