Talking to the guy this morning, he had a lot of the typical misconceptions about SVX's but he loves working on Subarus and with me around he'll get a few more tries at the SVX. Nice guy, fair rate, and totally agrees with me that Subaru hasn't built anything worth owning in the past two years. If you're in LA and can't find a mechanic, give him a shout.

Hey K-Dub (Kit?). How is the driveshaft job holding up that these guys performed? Any problems? I have some brake work (and possibly driveshaft replacement work) to be done on my car. I was going to take it to Paul Dexler's mechanic - Chatsworth Auto - to have the work done. But, Doug's Legacy is a lot closer. Who is the lead mechanic at Doug's? Would you recommend them?
