Gave the Legacy's engine the Scrubbing Bubbles treatment. I'll probably give it another round soon to clean some of the more stubborn areas.

Summer tires are back on since winter tires are falling apart and its warmed up a bit.

Picked up a new turbo for the Legacy, a VF52. It's the OEM turbo on the 09+ WRX and a direct bolt on for my car. With a tune and supporting mods it's capable of 280-320 WHP.

installed Subaru reman FWD trans, alternator, couple hoses, radiator, trans cooler, speed sensor. Come to think of it, only other things that have been replaced are timing belt, water pump, brakes, rotors. 123k FWD.

Picked up the refinished JDM BBS wheels from Transwheel. Refinished back to factory specs. The original finish had changed a lot compared to the BBS original color when new and when compared to a new BBS wheel they have in stock and new center caps.
They said it wasn't that the color itself had changed that much, but the 16-year old clearcoat had yellowed a lot with age. Outer rims will be satin-polished instead of a high-polish, and the mesh will be painted with correct BBS-code silver and crystal clear powdercoat over everything. Got the correct lug nuts and locks to fit under the new center caps. Also waiting on new BBS valve stems. They will be at Reading. Ask Green1995SVX how much the pearl color changed when he put on new clear coat over the new OEM pearl paint on his 92. .
