New here..
Hi all, I'm new here. I just put my deposit on my first Subaru. It's a '92 SVX LS-L in Pearl White. I'll be picking it up Sunday afternoon, and I can hardly wait. I bought it for a few reasons. Primarily, I've always been a huge fan of the SVX, and promised myself that I would one day own one. Secondly, my '02 Honda S2000 is getting ready for it's big transformation from 240hp sports car to 400hp turbocharged rocket.
Anyway, just wanted to say hello. See you guys around on the forums. Maybe I will even be able to take off from work to make it to the big 15AV meet this fall.

North Cali Noob
What's up, I recently aquired a Barcelona Red 94 L to use as a coastal touring machine, and have been reading the posts on this site ever since I learned about the SVX. First thing I did when I bought the car was install an ECUtune stage 1 v 5 and Small Car shift kit. Second thing I did was blow the tranny. Had it rebuilt, threw on some raceconcept rotors and akebono pads, wanting some new rims and rubber, thinking about going black but I haven't seen too many black rimmed rides around this site.
My first baby is a 64 Dodge Dart with posi and a 360, but I didn't see as much commradory in the cirlce of Darts as there is with the SVX, also the Dart is a pretty straight foward piece of machinery to work on. I'm glad there is so much know-how on this site. Catch me on 101 later

The 6MT is amazing
Reading - I am not sure about... I do want to come but at the moment I think I am going to miss this one, as I do not like the shape my rotors are in and also my exhaust which will be the next thing I'm going to be visiting svxfiles for, probably the weekend after Reading... Hopefully there will be other meets in the summer...

hey wasup everbody.. i just realized that i never checked in.. i been a regular member since 6/9/04 and then sold my svx in like 1/06. i kept signing in and searching for another svx but no luck.. eventually my multiple daily stops to our forum gradually decreased. but im back. 3 cars later and i need my svx back..hopefully ill be riding with the big boys again....

Newbie to Scooby
Greetings All... I just purchased a '96 LSi, although I haven't picked it up yet - hopefully tomorrow. I actually won it on eBay and since noone really bid against me, I got it for less then it's really worth... I live in Michigan and previously owned Audi's (3 UrS4's and a V8) and my heart still is with turbo (or multi valve V8) and Quattro, but I have always liked the SVX. I looked at many over the years, came close to buying a few, and now I finally did... I hope for some good advise and knowledge from this site...
I'll get some pics when I pick her up...
