I think I broke a parking brake cable.
I pulled on the parking brake and felt something snap. My guess is I broke a cable to one wheel. The brake still holds the car, so one wheel is definitely working.
I checked out the diagram for the cables, they look to be not too bad a job. Mainly getting the heat shield out from under the gas tank (which means removing the exhaust mid-pipe) and then removing the center console pieces to get inside there. Sound like I have the right idea? Winters coming, and snow just isn't as much fun without a working parking brake.
