need help w/temperature sensor
I need to replace the temperature sensor and need help locating it. i was told it had two wires and was on the left side near the inlet tube but I couldn't see it looking from above. Can anyone be more specific or better yet post a photo identifying the sensor? Do i need to move anything to get to it or is it readily accessible?

Re: need help w/temperature sensor
Take off the plastic engine cover, look down. It is on the drivers side rear of engine right on top, there will be 2 sensors, the one you want has the 2 wires coming out.
The is thread has a picture of the part and the part number. It is a 5 minute job to replace. http://www.subaru-svx.net/forum/show...nt+temp+sensor

Re: need help w/temperature sensor
Thanks. I know what it looks like since I have the replacement but I was looking in the wrong location. I was looking on the passenger side in the front, completely the opposite of the new location. Thanks for the help. I'll try to find it in the morning. You guys are great.
