based on Mr. Monk's new signature line, I'm assuming that Mr. Files has had his waterbed professionally disinfected

This is a good idea .... I will be interested in bushings as well... Probably after the group buy though because at the moment I really don't have $$$ to commit to anything except fuel and Rent

David,
Are you still on track to ship the diff bushings around the end of March/early April?

That's the plan. I'm currently waiting for the tooling for the swaybar bushings. Once that's done I place the actual order. They were really quick with the diff bushings tooling.

I'm still "in the hole" in terms of funding so I hope everyone that hasn't paid yet contributes soon

So the swaybar bushing tooling is holding up getting the rear diff bushings done?

My GF tells me I have a message at home that I may have some prototype bushings ready to go.

I'll be going there in the morning to check it out.

Well I've picked up the prototype front/rear swaybar bushings. The plan is to test fit them on sunday and do an installation writeup. On monday, if all goes well I'll place the order.

I have one concern where one of the bushings is slightly taller than stock. They are aware of that and will fix it for the production run.

I am guaranteeing these will be a direct bolt-in.

Expect more info on monday (including pics)

Well the rear swaybar bushings are an exact copy of OEM so I'm not worried about them. I'm not even sure if a how-to would be required. Installation is dead simple.

Now the slightly oversized front swaybar bushing is another story. I tried to install it on my SVX but was unsuccessful. I had it in place but could not start the bolts. My original bushing is squished, swollen, indented on the "bottom" and as far as I know is the original bushing.

I'm going to have them make another sample that better matches the front bushing and go from there.

Stay "tuned"

Daily update:

Explained to the manufacturer that the front bushing will not work at the size provided. They will modify their mold and get me another sample as soon as tomorrow.
