My dad and I just booked a room for Friday and Saturday Night at the Morgantown Holiday inn. We will probably get there at around 4 in the afternoon friday. Is there a schedule? Will people be meeting in the hotel parking lot?

Looks like I may be bringing the 13 year old computer whiz kid with me. This car will probably be his some day so I am trying to teach him as much as possible.
Does anyone have an itinerary? When is the raffle? Is the driving tour on Saturday and, if so, when does it leave the hotel? I want to make sure we get there before people leave for some activity and I would like to stay for the raffle and Moscato drinking. Also, is there a point man with a cell phone number we can contact?
