I need an exaust
Well, the silver should be out of the shop by tomorrow. They are fixing the brakes and fluid leakage from the fron of the car tonight. I love the shop. I called to see what's happening and they told me that they want to make sure they do everything right and take their time. They already quoted me at 850 so the price is set. (also I send them around 10 cars a month from the dealership so that makes them happy).
The bad news is that the car has straight pipes for the exaust. I need to quiet it down a lot (as close to stock) while keeping up the preformance. Any suggesstions. I know flowmasters. They are loud I think. What would you exaust experts recommand. I can do computers but not exausts. I want to keep the stock tips. That is the only requirment. Thanks Lwin

I am thinking stock exaust might cost more $$$. I am trying to buy 2 more SVXes within the next 2 weeks.

Well if you want I could keep everything they cut off.
The only thing is my current cat has a small leak and has that 1500 rpm buzz. The muffler is perfect though. Would you want the resonator and cat as well as the stock piping? I'm not completely sure if the shop will reuse my piping but I'll find out Thursday.

I believe I am going to remodify my exhaust, especially on the level of the headers. I am going to attempt svxfiles setup but on a smaller scale concerning the pipes' diameter. A friend of mine owns a large factory over here for exhaust fabrication and pipes bending.

I just had my exhaust installed but the stock muffler had a hole so I ended up not taking it with me. It was very filthy and banged up looking. Probably not something you would have wanted. Sorry.

I saw something with dual pipes going to each tip from the looks of it. I could be very wrong. I did not want to crawl on the dirt today.
