First, I was talking about the sides only (if you can go back to the thread again), second I will have a professional guy do them for me using the best fiberglass material along with the mold which alone will cost b/w 4000 and 4500$, and third if I were to do the kit by myself, it will cost around 500$ for the entire car (one kit), without taking into consideration the mold which I will do by myself. I wish I had the time to do it, maybe it will be less expensive, but really I am sick and tired of fiberglass and its dirtiness...

Don't forget that's for the complete kit. Stevebsy was selling just the bumper for $500.

To consider the prices try breaking it down.

Front = $500
Rear = $500
Sides = $150 +$150

thats if he makes 50 kits which he will not. I am sure that no more than 5 or 6 people will want these. I mean everyone could use a new all aluminum radiator but no one is bitting. Not everyone wants a body kit. Anyway its

500 front
500 rear
250x2 sides

he won't make 50 kits don't forget overseas shipping too. it just is not in my ballpark thats all if u want to get them go for it, but too much money for all show

$1300/$1500 isn't bad for a full kit, considering just the bumper from K-Staff or Flatt is around $1000. Of course, how many people have those? Maybe 2 or 3.

Really guys I am not into going through this whole project, because the guy will have to dismantle my car's kit, leaving my car in his shop, make molds and starts with the fabrication. each finished kit should be tried on my car for verification. so I will have to leave my car for a month... but some of the good guys over here asked me if possible to make other kits, so here's the result. guys concerning shipping, I can make a deal with a shipping company for special prices (I guess no more than $ 70 per kit), anyway decide by yourselves.

I saw both bumpers, they are ugly. just give me little time to show you what I have done with my SVX. it's like comparing the bumper of a 92 nissan sunny (flatt or staff) with that of the Mitsubishi Evo 7...

I'm still here. Going to pull my prototype panels off the car this weekend and start touching them up so I can get the mold made.

Then the other side I need to finish too, but work is a little less madhouse now, so I actually have some time to work on these.

In summary - the project is still alive.

Hang in there,
Steve
