For me to do this again will cost the upwards of $1500 if anyone is interested in shelling out this kind of cash and is ready to lose their EGR and have to change their entire exhaust system... let me know otherwise this is a one time deal

EGR= Exhaust Gas Recirculation... Every model ppost 92 had an EGR temp sensor which would throw a code if the EGR was not hook up. You could make a bung and plum a new line from the new headers if you needed to. I would make another set of these for 1500 which would include a new bung for the EGR... and new tube for the EGR and two bungs for the 02 sensors in the collectors...
These headers will increase exhaust flow substantially BUT that is uselss unless you are in need of increasing the flow like all of the FI guys out there Tom |

Finished... now I am debating to waste the time and money on ceramic coating or a hefty header paint... Im leaning toward painting them simply because of time restraints. Plus its gonna be hard to ship these HUGE things out. Tom |

you need to increase the flow if you want to have 20 to 30 psi , right ?

Tom,
Those are the gayest looking headers I have ever seen. Just bolt those things up and forget paint. No but really...remember when you used to take the pick-up to the track, you've come a long way. get this thing on the road and we'll have a little race, I should be home after the 21st for a week and I'll prob head to ATCO at least once.
