I was hoping they'd arrive with my copy of Duke Nukem Forever. No luck.

Re: CAI Feeler

Johnny,
Since you don't reply to private email...I thought to try this method. 19 months ago, I paid in full for CAI. I thought the product was almost ready for production when I paid for the items. Now 19 months later...I'm asking questions....and I'm not getting it. I'm asking nicely for you to refund the money via paypal. Sorry but I'm just tire of waiting. At this time....I don't need the CAI....I can use money on other things. So please refund the money or I will file a claim with paypal....for not recieving a product in which I paid for.

Thanks,
Larry

Larry-

Is it possible to file a PayPal claim after all this time? I thought there was a limitation.

Re: CAI Feeler

If he's got no money for Bobby, he probably doesn't have any for anyone else. It's a fantastic example of misappropriation of funds. There's no money and no product. Maybe you paid for his intervening nuptials?

This is about where I am as well. It got pretty ridiculous a long time ago. Time to either deliver the goods or refund the money.

Even if paypal won't accept a claim, if Johny expects to get any more business from the SVX crowd, it's pretty important that he come through one way or the other. Certainly from me.

Even if I don't get my money back....think I will have a chat with the person that run this site and address my concern. We don't need a person that take people money claiming to have a product while he doesn't have anything except our cash. We don't need that on here. Wow...almost 2 years....sound like priority for the project is pretty F U!

Don't really know if it possible. But I can address the person that run this site and see where that might lead me also.

All I'm asking is my money back...and Johny should be man enough to give back what he took.......

Why sell a product that you don't have...19 months....

By not returning the money.....then this turn into a fraud/scam case on Johny.

This is probably going to be the only way of action at this point.

Thanks, I will file a complaint with BBB and maybe moderator should consider removing a member due to fraud or misrepresentation of a product. If you need proof of paypal transction Id ...please let me know.
