It's actually hard to say,,,
the water pump was not fully seized, but two of the idlers were,
just not there anymore...
The heat was so great that the belt, or what was left of it was stuck to the water pump pulley, engine block, timing belt cover etc.

When I got home from work yesterday, THAT car was running!

I truly thought it would need more than 1 day to bring it back to life.
