Beautiful condition. Looks like an Alcyone hood ornament too. JDM lights on the front fenders? Is that a chin spoiler under the front bumper? Something looks different about it.

Glad to hear you were able to get this car. Thought he was planning to hold onto this one but, in the end, he probably told you the same thing he told me: Earl would have wanted the cars to go to good homes. In any event, congratulations! Attaching two pictures of Earle's 97 with a 36K 94 that was for sale here in Maryland on Bring a Trailer.

I agree, Bordeaux is amazing!! Is your clear coat peeling or the paint in extremely rough shape, or is it just dull with lots of fine scratches? If it's the latter, consider shipping it to me and I should be able to sort it out so it can do as seen in the attached photo....

The car had been sitting in the garage and has some dust on it. It is going to a local detailer once the roads are salt free here in MA
