After aceleration, cars turns off

My name is luiz, i´m from Brazil. My car After full aceleration the car turns off. No errors. What is it? Could you help me?

If you mean, after holding the throttle pedal fully down, you should check the throttle position sensor/unit/indicator, full instructions have been posted here.

Thank you Trevor. That is it. After full throttle, when i leave the pedal the car tuns off. I´m going to find the the throttle position unit.

When the motor is cold, it´s not working well,I think it may be a correlation...

The engine should keep running at idle speed after any throttle position even when cold, when properly controlled by the electronics. Research here for posts covering idle setting and control problems for detailed information.

Dear,

My mechanic tested the voltage of the TPS, and it´s all right.

He is guessing that the problem is the Ignition Control module 3.3L J716 22438AA050, or the Crank Position Sensor.

What is your sugestion?

It doesn't sound like a crank position sensor issue. They usually cause a no start scenario.

The iddle speed is around 500 rpm when it´s cold, sometimes it´s turn off.

There is a atrong smell of cathalytic converter when it´s cold.

And the problem after full throttle, I leave the pedal and it turns off.

So sad.

Guys, I found the problem, it was the ignition module.
